Rental Period: Currently, our rentals are for a 24-hour period. Rentals are to be picked up by 9 am, and returned by 9 am the following day. This allows us to be available for as many celebrations as possible.

Fees + Deposits: When you submit your rental inquiry, you’ll include your preferred date. You’ll need to send a refundable damage deposit ($100) and 50% rental deposit to hold your booking. For instance, if your rental came up to $200, we’d need $200 to confirm your booking.

The refundable deposit is required for all rentals. Once the rental is returned, please allow 72 hours for the deposit to be sent back. If the rental is damaged, we’ll discuss how we can move forward.

There is a $20 late fee if you miss your return window.

Cleaning Fee: If a hanbok comes back soiled, there is a $10 cleaning fee that will be deducted from your deposit.

Rental cancellation policy: If your rental is 7 days from your booked date, we’ll gladly cancel your booking. If it is within a 7 day period, we’ll charge a $50 cancellation fee.

Pick Up or Delivery: Your rental will be prepared by us and available for curb-side pick up in East Vancouver (near Fraser Street and 41st Street). If you prefer delivery, please let us know so we can make courier arrangements and confirm delivery costs (approx. $30 within Vancouver).

Packing: Your items will be placed in a sturdy box. Please place the items how they were packed. The table we include with our rentals is foldable and has a handle, making transport a little bit easier.

Sizing: The 100 day hanbok is for a 3-4 month old baby, and the Dohl hanbok is for a 12-month old baby. As hanboks are forgiving, they should fit most babies.

  • The rentals are available for pick up in East Vancouver (near 41st Street and Fraser Street) at no additional charge.

    If you’d like the items to be delivered locally, that can be arranged for an additional charge of $30.

  • Send us a rental inquiry with your preferred date. We’ll require booking deposit to confirm your rental.

    The balance will be due prior to pick up.

  • As we’re new and our inventory is limited, we recommend booking up to 6-9 months in advance to ensure that you get the date that you prefer.

  • We understand that accidents happen. Because others rely on us for quality items that are in good condition, we charge a refundable damage deposit of $100.

    We carefully inspect all items upon return and if they are in the same condition in which you receive them, the deposit is returned.
